Leaders have fears like everyone else, They cry when they are sad and laugh when they are happy but when it comes to letting fear prevent them from achieving their goal they always go forward.
Leaders know that failure is a necessary part of success and that it really is just the fertilizer of success. Leaders never take failure personally but instead just a learning opportunity. Our culture prefers mediocrity because it feels safe. Fear of ridicule has kept many in the world living lives of obscurity when they could have reached greatness. People often say, “well I don’t want to get my hopes up cause I don’t want to be disapointed” Name a single athlete that didn’t risk failure to achieve a gold medal- it can’t be done!
